Litton Resource Group is seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a mission-driven outpatient clinic in La Jara, CO. Key Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant Responsibilities
- Deliver primary care and preventive services in an outpatient setting
- Manage chronic conditions, treat acute illnesses, and support health promotion
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care
- Build trusted, long-term patient relationships within the community
- Maintain thorough, accurate medical documentation
Minimum Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant Qualifications
- Current Colorado license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, or eligibility to obtain
- Board Certified or Board Eligible (NCCPA or ANCC/AANP)
- Colorado Controlled Substance License and DEA registration (or eligible)
- BLS Certification from the American Heart Association
- Strong communication and clinical judgment in a rural practice setting
- Graduation from an accredited nurse practitioner program or physician assistant school
Compensation & Salary
- Base salary: $105,000 – $115,000 (commensurate with experience and certifications)
- Competitive compensation aligned with nurse practitioner salary benchmarks in Colorado
